The Wyoming Department of Education has started the WDE534; School Health Report data collection process. The WDE534 is being collected in accordance with W.S. 21-2-2-2(a)(xxxviii). This school health report will need to be submitted per building, and be required by all districts in the 2023-2024 school year.
