The Wyoming Department of Education has started the WDE534; District Health Report data collection process. The WDE534 is being collected in accordance with W.S. 21-2-2-2(a)(xxxviii). This District Health Report will need to be submitted per district, and be required by all districts in the 2023-2024 school year.
