LEA Identification and Ranking of Title I, Part A School Attendance Centers
LEAs receiving Title I, Part A funds are required to identify and allocate funding to eligible school attendance areas.
Time and Effort Documentation
In order for personnel costs for federally-funded employees to be allowable, they must be necessary, reasonable, and allocable to the federal cost objective to which they are being charged and appropriate documentation must be maintained.
