The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act requires that every school district to have a School District Homeless Liaison to fulfill all the duties under this act. The liaison is the person in each school district you should contact if you and your children are currently living in a homeless situation. They can answer all of your questions, and provide you with assistance.
