This professional development and training is designed for special education paraprofessionals; however, other paraprofessionals, supervising teachers, and administrators are encouraged to attend. A stipend is available for special education paraprofessionals.

The following topics will be covered: professionalism. ethics, confidentiality, behavior management strategies, high leverage practices, and effective teacher-para collaboration strategies.
