“For individuals and teams working with Complex Needs, please join us to learn more about the work being done by the Community of Practice (COP) and see how you can use these Discovery Guides to support the transition programming for your students and improve the post-secondary outcomes planning for your students with Complex Needs.
For the on-site day, teachers and educators are invited to work with Charlotte Guy from Mississippi to begin implementing the use of the newly revised Discovery Guides and the expanded core content standards into student transition planning. You may even choose to bring your whole IEP team!
