An effective Tier 1 system is designed to meet the needs of all learners and provide a foundation for successful supplemental interventions within MTSS. In this training, participants will learn the core features of Tier 1 systems, including evidence-based practices and high-leverage practices consistently delivered within and across grade levels. Participants will use provided tools and resources to select and evaluate current Tier 1 practices and ensure fidelity of implementation of selected practices.
