As required by WS 21-4-301(a), the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) seeks to collect data regarding K-3 reading assessment, instruction, and intervention processes. The collection process has moved to the spring of each school year. Districts will submit all information on the Data Collection Suite using the WDE626 reporting form. Report results based on Spring 2024 by June 21.
Note the changes in reporting for some narratives. Content specific guidance is found in the 626 Guidance and FAQ. Pay particular attention to the number coding systems and to the Screener Indicator / Screening Tool alignment information (Tab 2: Screening Indicators, Columns 2-6).
