Care Coordination can quickly and confidently connect district staff, students and families to mental health services through Care Solace. This service is available free of cost through funding provided by the Wyoming Department of Education.
Care Coordination assists those seeking mental health services in finding a provider. The service helps individuals schedule an appointment by taking all the necessary steps–from insurance navigation to provider matching. Currently, 26 districts in Wyoming are already utilizing Care Coordination to better support mental wellness in their school community.
