The Wyoming Department of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission or access to, or treatment of employment in its programs or activities. All persons, whether student, parent or school staff, are encouraged to immediately report incidents of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or other forms of violence to the school principal. All Wyoming School Districts have policy regarding specific procedures for reporting all incidents. Inquiries concerning Title VI, Title IX, Section 504, and ADA may be referred to:
