The Wyoming Department of Education is excited to announce the 2019 Week of Academic Vision and Excellence Conference collaboration with the University of Wyoming and the Ellbogen Teaching and Learning Symposium fund. The
The University of Wyoming, in conjunction with the Wyoming Department of Education and the Professional Teaching Standards Board of Wyoming, is excited to offer an innovative way for teachers in the state to earn professional development credit. Through the use of emerging technologies, teachers have an opportunity to develop specific skills via the completion of micro-credentials. Micro-credentials are teacher driven, professional development units that offer skill acquisition in smaller chunks. We are inviting 30 educators, who are interested in earning professional development credit-focused specifically on evidence-based practices utilized for students with autism and/or behavioral needs. Your participation will not only earn professional development credits but will guide the development of a statewide micro-credentialing system.
