The Wyoming Department of Education invites all districts to participate in an English Learner Quarterly Webinar from 3:45–5 p.m. on December 14. The webinar will provide information and resources on English Learner (EL) processes and the ACCESS for ELLs assessment. Sessions will include guidance on identifying, reporting, and serving ELs. Training is available for all districts, whether or not it currently serves EL students. Guidance will assist districts to administer the ACCESS English Language Proficiency Test and provide programs and services as required by law if they admit an English Learner in the future.
