The Wyoming Department of Education encourages educators to share information about the Daniels Scholarship Program with their students. The scholarship helps make college possible for motivated students with great potential, strong character, and big dreams. Daniels Scholars are America’s next generation of leaders, persevering through life’s challenges and committed to making a difference in the world around them. They are free and entrepreneurial thinkers who are proud of this country and their communities and work hard to improve them.
Encourage students in your community to join over 5,000 Daniels Scholars and alumni across the country. Applications for the scholarship open between September 15 and October 15, 2023.
As a Daniels Scholar, a student’s full cost of attendance is covered at partner schools within Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming and up to $7,500 annually for schools in the region that are outside of the partnership agreement. If you attend a school outside our 4-state region, you can receive up to $25,000 a year depending on financial need. Scholars will also receive a laptop computer and receive support before, during, and after college.
