The WDE949 Grade 9 Transcripts and the WDE950 Graduated Student Transcripts collection window opens Wednesday, September 13. All transcripts must be received by Friday, October 20.
Districts must report 2022–23 WDE949 grade 9 transcripts with grades 10 and 11 for alternative schools, and WDE950 transcripts for all students who graduated in the 2022–23 school year. Districts can include any student who earned their diploma by September 15, in the 2022–23 graduation cohort.
Updates to the WDE949 and WDE950 collections process were made by the Wyoming Transcript Center (WTC) on August 15, 2023. If transcripts were submitted to the WTC before August 15, but not to the WDE, districts must re-submit them utilizing the new file format. All new fields are optional for the 2022–23 school year, however the new headers will be required to pass validations.
