Three additional schools have been designated Wyoming Purple Star Schools for their commitment to supporting military-connected students, Guernsey-Sunrise Schools in Platte #2 and Cheyenne South High School and Jessup Elementary in Laramie County #1.
All Wyoming public and private K-12 schools are eligible to apply for the Purple Star School Program to recognize efforts that support military students and families as they experience deployment or relocations. To qualify, schools can complete a Purple Star School application and submit documentation of required activities at any time throughout the year.
