Care Coordination is a free resource available for Wyoming school district employees, students, and families, provided by the Wyoming Department of Education and powered by Care Solace. Representatives assist individuals seeking mental health and substance use services in finding a provider that works best for them.
Care Coordination is currently utilized by 26 school districts who are offering these important services. Using Care Coordination is easy with Care Solace representatives to guide users.
