The Wyoming Department of Education will confidentially release the 2023-24 federal and state accountability results to school districts on September 27. The reports can be found in the Accountability Confidential portal, in the Accountability Confidential tab. The following WyEd PRO roles can access reports: superintendent, principal, assistant principal, accountability coordinator, assessment coordinator, curriculum coordinator, special education director, and assessment confidential. Contact your district’s WyEd Administrator for assistance if needed.

District school performance reports (SPRs) must be reviewed by October 10. Inquiries regarding SPR reports and calculations must be made during this time. The dataset review window has closed and this information can not be changed. District superintendents must verify the receipt and review of the data using this link by October 11. Inquiries can be made using this form.

SPRs will be released publicly on October 17. This delay is because of work to set state assessment standards and make adjustments to cut scores for the WY-ALT Math Assessment. In alignment with W.S. 21-2-204(k), this adjustment is considered a significant change and delays the SPR public release date. Confidentially released data must remain embargoed until October 17 and must not be shared publicly with any entity including media or school boards. Note this will change the submission deadline for small school review improvement plans to February 1, 2025 in accordance with education rule Chapter 47, Section 13.

All other schools have previously received communication about school improvement plans directly from Beth Lougee, Statewide System of Support Program Manger, and can send further inquiries to beth.lougee@wyo.gov.
