The Wyoming Department of Education has provided guidance on staff performing Special Education duties under a Professional Teaching Standards Board Exception Authorization license, as well as on substitute teachers in Special Education.
This guidance document was created through the collaborative efforts of a focus group established by Superintendent Degenfelder, which represents a broad range of stakeholders.
