The WDE949 Grade 9,10 and 11 Transcripts and the WDE950 Graduated Student Transcripts collection windows will open on September 16. All WDE950 senior transcripts are due October 23. WDE949 transcripts are due November 20.
Districts are asked to report 2025–26 WDE949 Grade 9,10 and 11 Transcripts for all students, plus WDE950 Transcripts for all students who graduated in the 2025–26 school year. Districts may include any student who earned a diploma by September 15 in the 2025–26 graduation cohort. Complete instructions for transcript submission are available in the WDE949 and WDE950 Guidebooks, accessible from the Forms Inventory page.
This data will be used to calculate the federal 4-year on-time graduation rate, the WAEA extended graduation rate indicator, and the credits earned indicator.
Working with some districts that reported complete data for all grade 9–12 students last year, the IMD team accurately calculated Hathaway Success Curriculum (SCL) levels and assisted school counselors in identifying students’ missing coursework. Data can be found in the Accountability Confidential portal and in the Hathaway SCL Analysis WDE 949 and WDE 684 reports. For districts choosing not to do this optional reporting, the analysis will be provided after the 2027–28 transcripts are reported and the WDE has a complete data set.
