The Wyoming Department of Education has updated the Assessment Blueprint page with the 2026+ WY-TOPP Math & Science Assessment Blueprints for the 2025-26 school year. The State Board of Education approved the blueprints on September 19, 2024.
On July 17, 2024, Governor Gordon approved the Ch.10 Rules on Standards, which included the 2023 Wyoming Content and Performance Standards (WYCPS) for Science, Math, Computer Science, Physical Education, Health and Safety, and Fine and Performing Arts.
The following content areas are to be implemented by the start of School Year 2025-26 and will be fully assessed on all WY-TOPP Math and Science Interims and Summatives starting in the fall of 2025, per the blueprints.
- 2023 Science WYCPS will replace the 2021 edition.
- 2023 Math WYCPS will replace the 2021 edition.
