The Wyoming Department of Education invites educators, leaders, and stakeholders to the L³ Summit: Leadership, Language, and Literacy in Cheyenne from June 9–10 at Little America. This two-day summit will include national experts, educators, leaders, and stakeholders to align systems, strengthen instruction, and advance the implementation of the Wyoming Language and Literacy Act (SF0059) in ways that directly impact PreK through Grade 12 students. Learn more and register to attend

The summit will include thirty-three session pathways designed to support real work and real progress. Attendees will learn alongside a lineup of national and local experts, including Linda Farrell, Doug Lemov, and the Teach Like A Champion team, Dr. Tiffany Hogan, Dr. Douglas Petersen, Dr. Trina Spencer, and Dr. Charles Hulme. Sessions are aligned to SF0059 and will focus on key areas such as leadership, adolescent literacy, screening and assessment, individualized reading plans, evidence-based language and literacy instruction, intervention, Multi-Tiered System of Support, dyslexia, Developmental Language Disorder, Instructional Coaching, and more.
