LANGUAGE ARTS 5 This course provides structured lessons on reading comprehension; analysis; composition; vocabulary; and grammar, usage, and mechanics. Through emphasis on spelling, students learn relationships.

A guided reading approach builds comprehension strategies and gradually transitions students to independent reading assignments.
