Advancing Decoding and Fluency
Wyoming has been selected as one of only 10 state education agencies nationwide to receive a prestigious Education Innovation and Research (EIR) federal award. Through Project Skyword Literacy, the Wyoming Department of Education is partnering with Foundations in Learning, the University of Iowa, and the Iowa Reading Research Center to accelerate decoding and fluency outcomes for students in Grades 3 through 5.
