World Civilizations & Cultures, S1
This is a two-semester course that examines the interaction between human culture and Geography. Students study various cultures using the Five Themes of Geography (Region, Place, Location, Human-Environment Interaction, and Movement.) Students will develop skills such as map interpretation, analyzing cause and effect relationships, and studying how historical developments impact cultures across the globe.
