The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) will provide WIDA English Learner (EL) professional learning opportunities for the 2025–26 SY designed to support EL educators; however, all educators are welcome. Registration is required for each offering. To access these free trainings, go to the English Learner webpage on the WDE Resource Site (login required) and choose Professional Development.
The Core Self-Paced Workshop Package includes twelve workshops focused on relevant and practical content. These self-paced offerings are accessible from September 1 through August 31 each year.
There will also be in-person and facilitated virtual workshops available throughout the year. These sessions cover key assessment topics and EL instructional strategies, led by experienced WIDA presenters.
