The WDE has adopted new indirect cost calculations for FY25 (2024-25) for several federal programs. LEAs are encouraged to draw indirect costs up to June 30 using the current rate. After the new rate takes effect on July 1, LEAs should complete the Year 2 (Y2) Indirect Cost Calculations page from the 2024-25 Sections page to calculate the maximum allowable amount budgeted for indirect costs. LEAs can then submit a budget revision that includes up to the maximum indirect cost allowed, effective July 1.
