  • Impact and Value Summary: A clear articulation of student impact and overall investment value.

The WDE718 data collection is available on the WDE Forms Inventory page.

Importance of Timely and Complete Submission

The information submitted through WDE718 will be used to prepare a required report to the Wyoming Legislature due August 1. This report will communicate the effectiveness, reach, and value of the Mental Health Service Grant Program statewide.

Complete, accurate, and thoughtful reporting is essential. The Legislature may rely on this information to evaluate the success of the program and inform future funding decisions. Strong submissions ensure the full impact and value of these funds on Wyoming students is clearly represented.
