Wyoming’s second annual statewide educator conference will take place August 3-4 at the Best Western Casper Downtown in Casper. Building on the success of our inaugural event, TeacherCon26 brings together three specialized tracks under one roof: Special Education (SPED), Literacy, and Principal Leadership Academy (PLA). Join educators from across Wyoming for this comprehensive professional development experience presented by the Wyoming Department of Education.

Early registration is recommended as spots are limited, and early registration pricing ends on May 1 (save $25 off the full $100 registration price). This two-day professional development experience will feature keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and an awards lunch. Join hundreds of fellow Wyoming educators for an unforgettable, hands-on, collaborative learning experience. WDE is seeking PTSB and UW credit for TeacherCon. Call for Session Proposals

The conference team is seeking engaging 1-hour sessions across four specialized tracks: General Education, Special Education (SPED), Literacy, and Principal Leadership Academy (PLA). Whether your session focuses on mastering classroom technology, developing innovative teaching strategies, implementing evidence-based instructional practices, or advancing educational leadership, all ideas are welcome across all content areas and grade levels.

Proposal submissions open January 5, 2026 and close March 20, 2026. Selected presenters will be notified by April 1, 2026.
