This course is designed to meet District Health and Physical Education standards. It includes the following units: Mental and Emotional Health, Nutrition, Tobacco Use and Addiction, Alcohol & Other Drug Use, Misuse, Abuse & Addiction, and Family Life and Sexuality in Health sections of the class. In Physical Education, the class includes the following areas in movement: rhythms/dance, team sports, individual/dual sports and lifetime sports.
