In Social Studies 2 B, the student continues to be introduced to basic concepts in world cultures, American history, and government. In this course, the practice of geography, reading, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills accompanies structured instruction and activities. The student will learn about famous people who have influenced the United States and the world. Through Learning Coach-led discussions, textbook readings, interactive activities, and hands-on projects, the student will continue to explore the world through the lens of social studies.
