CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Department of Education, the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, and the School Facilities Commission will host a hybrid media event at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3 in the Capitol Complex Auditorium, basement-level of the Herschler Building. State Superintendent Megan Degenfelder and partners will launch the Crisis Management Plan Guidebook, providing Wyoming schools with the necessary tools and resources to effectively prepare for and respond to crises and safeguard the well-being of all students and staff.
