The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) is committed to and is making every possible effort to ensure that all electronic and information technology developed, procured, maintained, or used by WDE is accessible to all people, including both employees and the people we serve. The WDE provides language services for individuals with limited English proficiency to be able to communicate effectively with us and to ensure meaningful access to our programs and services.

Non-discrimination Policy
The Wyoming Department of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission or access to, or treatment of employment in its programs or activities. All persons, whether student, parent or school staff, are encouraged to immediately report incidents of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or other forms of violence to the school principal. All Wyoming School Districts have policy regarding specific procedures for reporting all incidents.
