By January 26, the Wyoming Department of Education will upgrade the authentication process for its applications. The upgrade will provide added security and require users to log in with two-factor authentication (2FA) at the beginning of their single sign-on (SSO) session each day.

When accessing any of the applications listed below, users will be redirected to the wdeid.onbio-key.com login screen instead of the existing sso.edu.wyo.gov login screen. The first time a user accesses an application, the user will be required to register an email address and verify that 2FA codes can be received at that address. This email address must match the one associated with the user account in WyEd PRO. Once the email address is verified, the user will receive 2FA codes via the registered email.

The upgrade timeline is as follows:

  • WISER ID Registration System.
  • WDE684 WINDS Certification.
