Workplace Readiness B*
Workplace Readiness B builds upon the skills developed in Workplace Readiness A by providing advanced opportunities to apply social-emotional learning and career readiness competencies in increasingly authentic and independent settings. Students strengthen leadership, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, and decision-making skills while preparing for the expectations of college, technical education, military service, and the workforce. Instruction focuses on workplace communication, leadership development, collaboration, project management, networking, digital professionalism, financial decision-making, and career planning. Students refine professional documents, participate in mock interviews, develop portfolios, and practice workplace problem-solving through collaborative projects and community or career-connected learning experiences.
