WOL-MARK12 Reading I – Adaptiv

The MARK12 (Mastery. Acceleration.Remediation. K12.) courses are for students in the third to sixth grades whoare struggling readers. MARK12 Reading I gives students who are reading severalgrades below grade level the opportunity to master missed concepts in a waythat accelerates them through the remediation process by incorporatingadaptivity and online assessments. Students work independently and with aLearning Coach to develop oral reading, comprehension, phonics, spelling, andfluency skills. They also practice grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition. The engaging course features new graphics,learning tools, and games; adaptive activities that help struggling studentsmaster concepts and skills before moving on; and more support for LearningCoaches to guide their students to success. This research-based course focuseson computational fluency, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving.
