Virtual Lifetime Fitness
Physical Fitness Training allows students to take responsibility for their health and wellness. Students combine key concepts from nutrition and exercise to build a base for good lifelong health. Emphasis will be placed on strength, endurance, and flexibility through aerobic and anaerobic activity. Myths and current trends within this field will be addressed. Students will also use the internet and related computer software to research topics of interest and complete classroom assignments and fitness plans.
