Music 4
Music 4 is for students who completed K12’s Music 3 program. Travel the world through music with Spotlight on Music, a hands-on course featuring singing, dancing, virtual instruments, listening maps, authentic recordings, and recorder playing. The six units are divided into Spotlight on Concepts, Music Reading, and Celebrations. Students study musical elements like duration, pitch, tone color, and cultural context while exploring global music. They also learn to read music and explore rhythm, melody, harmony, dynamics, tempo, style, and more, applying skills through seasonal and celebratory songs.
