Medical Terminology 2

This course simplifies the process of memorizing complex medical terminology by focusing on the important word parts (common prefixes, suffixes and root words) that provide a foundation for learning hundreds of medical terms. Organized by body systems, the course follows a logical flow of information: an overview of the body system’s structures and functions, a summary of applicable medical specialties, and ultimately pathology, diagnostic, and treatment procedures. Prerequisites: Success in Medical Terminology 1. *This course will have an Industry Recognized Credential (IRC). Part of this course content will shift to preparing for the IRC exam which is required
