Math 1

Math 1 builds a strong foundation in mathematical concepts. Students master content through teacher-led instruction (live or via embedded videos) and independent practice. Instruction engages students with online resources, including virtual manipulatives and concept demonstration videos. During independent practice, students solve problems online and offline using an activity book. The curriculum focuses on numbers, counting, data representations, addition and subtraction, story problems, length, time, shapes, and place value. Throughout the course, students review real-world mathematical concepts and master addition and subtraction facts through 10.
