Students interpret literature and analyze informational texts and media while building strong oral and written communication skills in standard English. They explore deeper themes and ideas, study text structures, and refine skills essential for academic and real-world success. Grammar, usage, mechanics, and vocabulary instruction continue throughout. Class discussions foster engagement and help build a sense of community.
