Internship & Work Study A
There is a lot students can learn from their first experience in the workplace. Students taking this course should currently be working in an internship or work site, or actively pursuing a placement. Students will learn how to apply the lessons learned to future career searches and opportunities. Topics include searching for and applying for jobs, creating resumes and cover letters, and going on interviews. The student will also learn about employee rights and build life-skills such as budgeting.
