GEOMETRY SEM 2
The emphasis of Geometry is the development of logical thinking through the use of inductive and deductive proofs. The characteristics of various polygons and circles will be explored and expanded upon as the students learn postulates and theorems associated with those shapes. Students will also work on everyday applications of perimeters areas and volumes. The goals of the course are to develop proficiency in mathematical skills to expand understanding of mathematical concepts and to improve logical thinking.
