ART 3 Following the timeline of K12 History, Art 3 This course introduces students to art and architecture from the 1400s through the 1700s. Students extend their knowledge of the elements of art and principles of design, such as form, texture, pattern, contrast, and balance. They investigate artworks from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Students draw, paint, and sculpt their own artworks using a variety of materials and techniques, all of which are inspired by the artworks they study.
