The ACT Fee Waiver Program provides eligible high school students with waivers for ACT National Test Date registration fees. The waiver allows students to test for free up to two times and includes benefits such as free online test prep access, unlimited additional score reports, and college application fee waivers. Eligibility for 11th and 12th-grade students is criteria-based, including demonstrating financial need. Visit the ACT website.
