The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) has completed the state procurement process and has announced that NCS Pearson, Inc. has been awarded the 2026-27+ contract for the Statewide Assessment System, which includes the WY-TOPP and WY-ALT assessments.
The Wyoming State Board of Education took action to approve the committee’s recommendation at the September 18 meeting.
The WDE will begin contracting for the school year 2026-27 assessments and will provide further communication and training for each stakeholder group beginning in Spring 2026.
