This series equips participants with strategic insights to assess AI readiness, craft ethical policies, mitigate risk, and implement AI seamlessly across the district. Participants will earn PTSB Credit for attending all sessions.

Register for this session to examine how AI impacts student work and academic integrity, and create an actionable plan to close gaps in your ethical use policies and staff/student communication. - January 19, 2027: Preventing Misuse While Encouraging Innovation.
Register for this session to learn proactive operational tactics to mitigate risk, develop effective reporting approaches, and create a culture of responsible use without stifling educator innovation. - February 16, 2027: Vetting AI Tools and Addressing Policy Gaps.
Register for this session to address “shadow technology” and streamline your technology governance by mastering how to evaluate AI tools for data privacy, security, and classroom appropriateness. - March 30, 2027: From Policy to Practice — Implementing AI Across a District.
