Accreditation reports must be submitted to the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) by November 1. The report must include the annual evidence sheet, assurances, and, where applicable, School Improvement Plans. Evidence submitted annually to the WDE through this process is used to verify adherence to Chapter 6 Rules and Regulations, which define the process for District and School Accreditation. 

An annual report template and JotForm link will be emailed to superintendents directly to collect assurances and attachments.

A review of the submitted evidence will take place from November 1 to March 1, and a district’s accreditation recommendation will be reported to the State Board of Education (SBE) for approval in June. This review includes a District Assessment System plan and, where applicable, a School Improvement Plan.
