The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) confidentially released the 2024-25 WY-TOPP and WY-ALT math, language arts, and science results, and the ACT assessment results, to school districts on July 25. Districts will have until August 7 to confidentially review the reports and record any inaccuracies in this form.
District superintendents will use this link to verify that staff have received and reviewed the data.
When the confidential review window closes, assessment data will be aggregated and publicly released on the WDE website on August 28. Districts will be provided with confidential, embargoed, aggregated reports at least 24 hours before release.
Districts must correct inaccuracies, such as WISER ID errors, and identify students who were tested but are missing from the file. The accuracy of this data is essential; it will be used to calculate school, district, and statewide aggregate assessment proficiency percentages and federal accountability results. Demographics or program fields, such as free and reduced lunch, cannot be changed. This data was reviewed and approved during the spring and end-of-year WDE684.
Data will be provided through the WDE’s secure District Data Reports portal. Individuals with the following WyEd roles can access the reports: Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal, Assessment Coordinator, Special Ed Coordinator, Curriculum Coordinator, Accountability Coordinator, or Assessment Confidential.
Visit here and log in with your WyEd credentials to access the confidential student-level assessment reports. The confidential portal will default to the Assessment Confidential page. Passwords can be reset here. For assistance in accessing the report or logging into an account, contact the district’s WyEd Administrator.
