School districts intending to offer a regular virtual education program, including part-time virtual education classes, during the 2024–25 school year must complete the application and renewal process by July 31. To ensure eligibility to apply for the 2024–25 Distance Education Grant, applications must be received by May 10. 

Follow the below steps to complete the process

The 2024–25 virtual education course offerings will be submitted through the WDE638 WISE Course Inventory data collection, which opens July 1. Both the Application & Renewal Forms and the WDE638 data collection must be submitted by July 31.
