The Wyoming Department of Education will confidentially release student-level data reports in the WyCTE application, allowing districts to correct data before it is used in the Perkins Grant Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) and the 2026 accountability calculations. Although data will not be used for accountability until 2026, this is the only opportunity to make corrections to the WyCTE application. The review window will be open July 14 – September 15. All data will be considered final after the review window closes.

The WyCTE Primary Program of Study and ASVAB Review report can be found on the WDE secure District Data Reports portal on the Accountability Confidential and CTE pages. It includes all students reported in the WyCTE application during the 2024-25 school year.

The data has been color-coded to streamline the review process. Green indicates concentrators who have passed an industry credential exam. Orange indicates concentrators who have yet to take an exam or have not passed an exam. Yellow indicates participants WHO have passed an assessment but have not taken the required two courses in their program of study. Students who are not highlighted have not passed an industry credential exam.

To access the confidential student-level report, visit the Other Data Reporting page. Click on District Data Reports and log in with your WyEd credentials. The username is a work email.
